What this website offers, what an online consultation can and cannot do, and where in-person care takes over.
Using this website
Clear expectations, plainly written.
General information
Content on this website is general orthodontic information. It is written to help you understand your options — it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace personalised professional advice for your situation.
Online consultations
The initial online consultation (₹250, approximately 15 minutes) is a professional discussion of your concern, the likely orthodontic options and sensible next steps. It is a guidance and planning conversation, not a substitute for a clinical examination.
An online consultation cannot include a physical examination, radiographs or records. Where a definitive diagnosis or treatment requires these, you will be told clearly and guided towards an in-person assessment.
When an in-person examination is needed
Some findings can only be confirmed in person. Where an in-person examination, radiographs, scans or hands-on procedures are clinically required, they must be carried out by a dentist or specialist who can see you directly.
This website is not for emergencies. If you have pain, trauma, swelling or a broken appliance causing injury, contact a local dentist or emergency dental service.
Remote planning and clinic collaboration
Remote aligner planning, digital treatment planning, treatment plan review and case support are professional services provided to a dental clinic, based on the records and information that the clinic supplies. Their accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of those records.
Clinical execution, chairside decisions, consent, monitoring and the overall care of the patient remain the responsibility of the treating dentist. Planning support does not transfer that responsibility to Brace Boss.
Case presentations
Cases shown on this website are published for educational and informational purposes, with appropriate consent where identifiable material is used. They illustrate the type of change orthodontics can achieve — they are not a promise of a comparable result.
Individual outcomes
Orthodontic outcomes vary with diagnosis, anatomy, biology, appliance choice, timing and patient cooperation. No guarantee of a specific result, duration or cost is made or implied.
Fees and payments
The only fee published on this website is the initial online consultation. Professional fees for clinic services are confirmed individually after the scope of the case has been discussed and agreed.
