Privacy
Privacy policy.
A plain explanation of what this website collects, why it is collected and how it is looked after.
In short
Only what is needed to reply.
Brace Boss collects the minimum information required to respond to an enquiry, and nothing more.
Information collected
When you send an enquiry through this website, the following is collected: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address if you choose to provide it, whether you are a patient, a dental clinic or other, and the subject and content of your message. Clinic enquiries additionally include the clinic name, city and the services you are interested in.
A one-way technical fingerprint (a hash derived from your network address and browser identifier) is stored with each enquiry. It is used only to limit repeated automated submissions and cannot be reversed to identify you.
Public forms do not collect clinical records
The forms on this website are not designed for clinical material. Please do not upload or attach X-rays, intraoral photographs, scans, reports or any other medical records here — the website provides no upload facility for them. Clinical material is shared only after a collaboration or consultation has been agreed, through the professional communication channel confirmed with you at that point.
Why it is collected
Enquiry information is used solely to understand your request, reply to you, arrange an online consultation or discuss a professional collaboration. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.
WhatsApp communication
Replies are usually sent on WhatsApp, because it is the fastest way to reach you. When you tap a WhatsApp button on this website, you are taken to WhatsApp with a short pre-written message; nothing is sent until you send it yourself. Conversations on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices, which are outside the control of Brace Boss.
Website analytics
Analytics are not currently enabled on this website. If privacy-conscious, cookie-free analytics are introduced later, they will record only anonymous, aggregated information such as page views, referring source and which calls to action are used — never enquiry content, contact details or clinical information.
Confidentiality
Enquiries are reviewed personally by Dr. Shambhavi Jha. Access is restricted, and information is disclosed to a third party only where you have asked for it or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and disposal
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as they are useful for responding to you and maintaining a reasonable record of professional correspondence, then removed. Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation or collaboration are removed once they are no longer relevant.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the enquiry information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request through the contact page or on WhatsApp and it will be actioned where there is no overriding reason to retain it.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service develops. The version published on this page is the current one.
