Case acceptance
Case submission does not guarantee acceptance. Each case is individually reviewed for suitability. Brace Boss reserves the right to decline a planning request where the available records, clinical complexity, treatment objectives, or other circumstances make remote planning inappropriate.
Clinical responsibility
The treating dentist remains responsible for the patient's clinical examination, diagnosis, consent, treatment delivery and in-person care. Remote planning is provided as professional orthodontic planning support based on the records supplied. It does not replace the treating clinician's examination, diagnosis, clinical judgment, or responsibility for patient care.

Confidentiality
